BACKSTORY.
Ambrosia Vixen Starr Kim is a princess of the planet Solaria. She is the daughter of King Radius and his second wife Queen Amathema. She is also the half sister of the princess and member of the original Winx, Stella, who is set to inherit the throne.Being the daughter of the King, she is a fairy of the sun, moon, and stars like her sister. Her mother, Amathema, is believed to be an inferior magic user without the ability of any light powers. This means that she is a weaker fairy to her older sister. What is not known, however, is that Amathema is an Anodite with the ability to manipulate the life force known as mana. Amber was unaware of this ability hidden within her.As the seemingly least favored of the two daughters, Ambrosia was sent to Earth under the Kim family. Influential as they were, she was still able to live lavishly at Los Angeles and have security whilst pursuing her studies in the unseen magic dimension on earth. It was at Alfea that she met a spectacular group of girls and formed the second generation Winx.Amber must finish her studies in order to fulfill her royal duties while also serving as protector of the magic realm in her universe. All while showing how she shines brighter than any fairy before her. This was a tough role to fulfill, granted that she has yet to discover her mother’s heritage that interfered with her Solarian powers. She always wondered why she was such an inferior fairy, and it was because that was just half of her identity. With a spirit so easily corruptible, would evil forces win over her?

PRINCESS.
As part of Solaria’s royal family, Ambrosia is expected to conduct herself accordingly. She grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth, but that didn’t mean she had no trouble. She actually was trouble when it came down to it. Her toxic rivalry with her sister and her estranged relationship with her parents meant that she was quite a dark cloud in the otherwise sunny Solarian family. Still, she was a princess and so was demanded to see her obligations as a royal.She had private tutors ensure she was most accomplished where any high ranking person of nobility was concerned. At a young age, she was trained in different dances, playing instruments, studying literature, and hosting gatherings. Not that she cared to do any of it. The only motivator she had was to outdo what her older sister once did before her.And yet as the younger of the siblings, she was not meant to inherit the Solarian throne. Instead, she would marry into a different royal family and assist in ruling whatever domain they hold. This is, of course, ideal for both parties as it would form an alliance. Most especially handy should any invasions be expected.

WINX FAIRY & ANODITE.
Being the daughter of the King of Solaria, Ambrosia also holds the ability to change into a Fairy of the Sun, Moon, and Stars. She has roughly the same capabilities as her sister, Stella. Even so, Amber is clearly out of her older sister’s league when it comes to magic. With all the quests and challenges Stella has overcome compared to a very much sheltered Ambrosia up until attending Alfea, the youngest Starr has a lot to learn.Her hatred and envy are also counterproductive to her light magic. The feelings she harbors against her family disrupts her flow, making her magic weak, unreliable, and unstable at times. This is why her fellow Winx members would be a Godsend to her. They shall surely bring the light out of her darkest inner thoughts. A friendship that serves as her guide to a brighter path means improvement on her magic manipulation.Apart from this, her Anodite side also benefits. Beings the deal with the life force have to be, in some way, enlightened and free spirited of such worldly burdens. Should she attempt to fully realize her Anodyne ancestry at this state, she would be a corrupt soul seeking only to drain life so that she would feel alive. Needless to say, this must be avoided at all costs. But how could anyone prevent something they do not know about?

NPCS AND TIES.
Queen Amathema Starr (Song Hyekyo, NPC). Mother of Ambrosia. She was originally from the planet Anodyne and thus of another species known as the Anodites. They have the ability to manipulate mana or life force. Their planet was consumed by ruthless intergalactic conquerors known as Magokhans when she was but a young girl. Her own parents sacrificed themselves to get her to safety. Amathema was adopted by a Solarian couple to be raised as their own. She has since done everything in order to live a secure life in this planet. Occasionally, she would go into her Anodite form and practice her magic. On the rare instances she is spotted, she does not hesitate to get rid of the witness in order to maintain her safety in Solaria. She often forces her daughter to keep a low profile, basically hiding her away from the public eye and ignoring her. This trauma response made her neglect Ambrosia and thus they have an estranged relationship.King Radius Starr (Ryan Gosling, NPC). Father of Ambrosia. Often cares for his daughters equally but is especially influenced by his wife to prioritize his first born as the future ruler of Solaria. Whatever precious moments he shares with Amber, he treasures. However, they have also grown apart as his daughter has internalized just how distant she is with her parents.Stella Starr (Roseanne Park, NPC). Older sister of Ambrosia. Initially skeptical of Amathema because of previous experiences of overly ambitious women trying to claim the throne for herself. Although has warmed up to the new queen since her step mother has expressed favor in caring for Stella then her own daughter, Ambrosia. Growing up, Stella and Amber were not close given the big age gap between them and the fact that Amber was forced into feeling inferior to her older sister. If not apathetic, Stella is dismissive and further puts down her half sister.Twilight (NPC). Ambrosia’s fairy cat. Unlike a normal cat, this one is an orange tabby that looks much like a tiger with little pink wings.Primrose Collins (Lily Morrow, NPC). Ambrosia’s best friend. She is a student witch at Cloud Tower. Many joke that their enrollment papers must have been switched because Primrose suits being at Alfea more than Amber and vice versa.Roviux Daniel Cullen (Lee Know, NPC). Ambrosia’s tutor. He has powers akin to her own- having the ability to manipulate fire and light. Amathema found him suitable to train her. They hit it off surprisingly well, and it’s given the Queen of Solaria ideas of forming a love match with Amber.Hadrien Scorpious Collins. Ambrosia’s best friend’s older brother. They don’t get along that well because he thinks of her as a bad influence towards Primrose. Still, there is something undeniably explosive between the two of them.Dirkinova Cashmere Miller-Seydoux. Ambrosia’s friend that she met at an alumni event of Alfea. Since Nova has already graduated, she became a guest speaker and the two really hit it off.LOVE LIST.
